The overall experience was above and beyond. Through out the 6 month process there were challenges. Everyone at on-site worked hard and well together to handle our needs. Working in customer service company myself, I believe there will always be challenges . How the challenges are handled are far more important. Thank you to everyone for making a difficult situation easier.
My family and I were out of town for the week. Received a call from my neighbor and the owner of On-Site responded to my claim. He handled all the details while we were away, did an excellent job of communicating what was happening. Helped us enjoy our family and vacation.
The ladies that moved us back were fantastic. They were calm, helpful, gently took charge and led me in my emotional state, hugged me when I needed one and answered my questions with a satisfactory explanation of the process. The movers were pleasant, gentle and considerate of my home. Wore shoe covers, put our plastic and tarps. Handled my contents and home as if it was their own.
We returned from our vacation and the house was dry.
I have seen a vehicle parked in a driveway down the streets. Ended up being the owner.
