Crafty Lady Trio is pleased with the cleaning and restoration services your company has provided to us following the damage caused by the glass, wind and water due to the destruction of three of the windows in our storefront. The destruction also included the further breakage incurred by the supports for the glass. 

Your staff was exemplary in following through with all steps of the clean-up. This included the acutal vacuuming of store merchandise and furnishings soiled by glass and debris from the wind as well as actual boxing and disposal of un-reclaimable merchandise and furnishings. 

With assistance from your staff, the installation of the replacement carpeting occured within a three hour time frame. You have also been most helpful in reimbursing our staff for the additional hours incurred in re-stocking shelves and merchandise following the initial disaster and following the carpet replacement. This helped to keep the disruption to our regular business at a minimal level. 

We have been extremely pleased with the coordination provided by your staff and your willingness to work with us to keep our store functioning as close to "business as usual" as possible.
